Proposed skill changes and rationale
DEFINITELY needs change:
Assassin's Promise--> decrease recharge to 20-30 seconds...45 seconds is overkill...
Shadow Refuge --> increase duration to 8-10 to match roughly with troll unguent and also change the scaling to 3..9 instead of 5...9, perhaps decrease recharge to 4 seconds also (not needed if duration increased)
Guided Weapon --> 25-30 second recharge why is the recharge 45 seconds when duration is at max about 10 seconds , plus it is 15 energy anyway (pretty high for a Rt weaponskill, the rest are 5-10)
Icy Prism--> disabling of signets should be on par with Complicate
Lyssa's Balance --> make it like Grenth's Balance (half the difference in enchantments is removed)
All Elemental Attunements--> change to stances like mesmer mantras so they are not so easily removed
Ether Signet--> 60 second rehcarge instead of 90... 90 is overkill, no?
Armor of mist --> 1 second cast...not 2 , like Burning and Windborne Speed
Conflagration --> make it 3 second cast to be on par with Greater Conflagration
Swirling Aura --> reduce recharge to 45, make it a stance
Magnetic Aura --> reduce recharge to 30, make it a stance
Dark Prison --> reduce recharge to 20-45 ... 60 second recharge shadow step means it isn't effective at all
Wild Strike --> make it like Wild Blow, cannot be blocked or evaded
Antidote Signet--> make it 1 second cast like Signet of Malice
Maybe needs change, Discuss:
Draw conditions --> increase heal gain to match half that of mend condition, 20 or so heal is somewhat low when mend condition gives over 60HP heal when you have high protection prayers (even with 0 divine)
Healing Seed --> target self also (See Mark of Protection, Healing Hands both can target self...but they don't give area affect so maybe not)
Empathic Removal --> reduce to 7-8 seconds recharge to match with remove hex, expel hexes
